St Saviour's Children's Home
This archival series contains records relating to the St Saviour's Children's Home. In particular it is made up of one Register with entries dated between 1950 and 1964.
The Diocesan Registrar has an open approach to access to records in this collection, only diocesan restrictions apply. Proof of identity is required, there is no written form to fill in and no fee is charged for finding information.
According to Connecting Kin, a guide published in 1998 by the New South Wales Government, page 115, the "register contains the following information: name of child; date and place of birth; dates of admission and discharge; religion; why admitted; condition of mother and if able to support child; and the amount of maintenance paid."
