This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Children's Services Act 1965-1971 in certain particulars" (Act no.3/1973). This amendment focuses primarily on the court of law and child defendants, child support payments and registration of institutions providing 'care'. This act was repealed by Statute Law Revision Act 1995 (Act No.57) on 29 November 1995.
