The Children and Young People (Education and Care Services National Law) Consequential Amendment Act 2011 (Act no. 43/2011) was a variation on the Children and Young People Act 2008, because of the enactment of the Education and Care Services National Law (ACT) Act 2011. Sections 1 and 2 commenced on 3 November 2011, the remainder on 1 January 2012. The 2011 Act was repealed by the Legislation Act 2001 (Section 89 paragraph 1) on 2 January 2012.
