The Prisons Act Amendment Act 1968 (Act No.30/1968) was passed on 12 December 1968 and commenced 12 December 1968. The Principal Act was repealed by the Correctional Services Act 1982 on 19 August 1985.
The Aboriginal Affairs Act Amendment Act 1967 (Act No.11/1967) was passed on 6 April 1967 and commenced 6 April 1967. The Principal Act was repealed by the Community Welfare Act 1972 on 1 July 1972.
The Mental Health Act Amendment Act 1967 (Act No.57/1967) was passed on 9 November 1967. It replaced the ‘Boarding out of Patients’ with the concept and meaning of ‘Psychiatric Rehabilitation Hostels.
The Mental Health Act Amendment Act (No.2) 1967 (Act No.66/1967) commenced on 16 November 1967. It adds provisions to the escape and apprehension of mental patients from mental institutions.
The Apprentices Act Amendment Act 1966 (Act No.47/1966) was passed on 20 October 1966. It is the second amending act in 1966 for the Apprentices Act 1950.

The Apprentices Act Amendment Act 1966 (Act No.18/1966) was passed and commenced on 17 March 1966. Its full title was ‘An Act to amend the Apprentices Act, 1950’. The Apprentices Act 1950 was repealed by the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1981 on 19 May 1981.
The Statutes Amendment (Mental Health and Prisons) Act 1963 (Act No.50/1963) was passed on 28 November 1963 and commenced 28 November 1963. Its full title is: ‘An Act to amend the Mental Health Act, 1935-1962 and the Prisons Act, 1936-1956’.
