This is an excerpt from the digital copy of the John Moss Report on Child Migration - Implementation of Recommendations from the National Archives of Australia website. It is a brief summary of the types and amount of pocket money which the Australian institutions reportedly gave to child migrants from Britain. These institutions were the Anglican Homes (Swan Homes), the Methodist Home for Children, Fairbridge Farm School and the Catholic Episcopal Migration and Welfare Association.
