Sister Edie Owens diary, 1940-1941 is a diary created by a Methodist Sister of the People who worked at the United Aborigines Mission, Gnowangerup. The hand-written diary gives Sr Edie Owens' (later Cowdell) impressions of daily life at the mission. It is held by the State Library of Western Australia. The diary has entries for the period 12 July 1940 to 24 December 1941.
