Lance Fisher, born 1915, Burnely, Melbourne. Fisher speaks about his family background and working life. In 1961, he was appointed as the Superintendent of Children's Work for the Church of Christ Mission at Carnarvon, W.A. He outlines the history and facilities of the Mission, and relations with Welfare authorities and pastoralists. Fisher also expresses his views on the Bringing Them Home Report.
