The Children and Community Services Regulations 2006 is a subsidiary legislation to the Children and Community Services Act 2004. These regulations support the operation of the Children and Community Services Act 2004 (WA). The types of activities prescribed in the legislation include: approval of departmental foster carers; information that needs to be maintained as records; reports to the Children's Court and pre-hearing conferences; payments to carers of children under a Protection Order (enduring parental responsibility); and, issues related to the transitional arrangements.
