The article gives information about the end of the residential programs on the Nedlands site of the Hollywood Children's Village, and the move to Landsdale House. There are photographs of children from the 1920s, when the Village was the West Subiaco Boys' Home. A handwritten caption reads, 'Jan 28 1995'.
There is a copy of 'A new chapter' held in the Nedlands Boys Home closed social work file.
