'Memorandum by Fairbridge' outlines the process, policies and destinations of child migration to Australia organised by The Fairbridge Society in Britain. This memorandum was tabled as evidence to the British inquiry into the Welfare of Former British Child Migrants in 1998 and includes information about the location of records at that time. The memorandum states that the Fairbridge Society records continued to remain the property of Fairbridge and that they were held by the University of Liverpool Archives under a formal agreement with Fairbridge.
