Caption reads, 'Gift from the Victorian Red Cross to the Legacy Club, this house, Stanhope, at the corner of Burke and Cotham roads, Kew, will be remodelled and furnished at a complete cost of [twenty-thousand pounds]. It will be used as a residence for legacy children while finishing their education.
