The Children's Welfare (Amendment) Act 1955 (No. 5876) amends the Children's Welfare Act 1954. It came into operation on 1 September 1955 and being part of the Children's Welfare Act 1954, it was repealed on 1 April 1959 by the Children's Welfare Act 1958.
