The Mental Hygiene (Mode of Citation) Act 1943 (No. 4963) altered 'the Mode of Citation of the Lunacy Acts and to make certain consequential provisions'. It changed the name of the Lunacy Act 1928 to Mental Hygiene Act 1928.
