'Donella Jaggs interviewed by Jill Barnard in the Forgotten Australians and Former Child Migrants oral history project' is a sound recording held at the National Library of Australia. It is a recording of an interview from 2011 in which Donella Jaggs discusses her family background, education, migration to Australia and her career as a social worker.

Topics include the increased visibility of young people during the 1950s, the moral panic associated with this development and society's desire to control these young people. She discusses the history of social welfare in Victoria, the recordkeeping practices of the Children's Welfare Department together with the changes in the Department's management and culture in the 1970s. She talks about the inspection of children's homes in the 1960s and the Norgard Inquiry into Child care; foster care; the legal profession's attitude towards Child Welfare legislation in Victoria and the importance of welfare history and records.
