The Maintenance Act 1967 (No.36 of 1967) had the full title: 'An Act to repeal the Maintenance Act 1921 and to make fresh provision with respect to the jurisdiction of courts of summary jurisdiction in matrimonial causes and in relation to the maintenance of illegitimate children, and with respect to the enforcement in this State of maintenance and other orders made elsewhere than in this State and the enforcement outside this State of similar orders made in this State, and for other matters connected therewith'.
