The Maintenance Act 1929 with the full title "An Act to amend the 'Maintenance Act 1921" (Act no. 20 Geo. V No.90) amends sections of the Maintenance Act 1921 that relate to evidence of paternity and enforcement of maintenance orders. This act was repealed by Statute Law Revision Act 1934 (25 Geo. V No.78) on 31 May 1938.
