The Maintenance Act 1925 with the full title "An Act to amend the 'Maintenance Act 1921'"(Act no.16 Geo. V No.43) and provides further instruction on what constitutes 'desertion' by a husband. In particular a husband who has failed to meet the requirements of a separation order. This act was repealed by Statute Law Revision Act 1934 (25 Geo. V no.78) on 31 May 1938.
