The Deserted Wives and Children Maintenance Amendment Act 1898 with the full title "An Act to amend 'The Deserted Wives and Children Maintenance Act 1873'"(Act no. 62 Vict. No.46) was repealed and replaced in January 1920 and replaced with The Maintenance Act 1919 (Act no.10 Geo. V No.62).
