The Patient Records - Admission Register pertain to the Lunatic Asylum, Hospital for the Insane, Mental Diseases Hospital, and Lachlan Park Hospital between 1830 and 1954.

The records contain the patient's number, name, age, marital status, occupation, date of admission, on whose authority, the disease, its possible cause and duration, and the date of discharge or death. A flood in the basement of the Administration Building destroyed the volume for 1954 to 1964.
