Patricia Lear and Frances Shute interviewed by Karen George in the Bringing them home oral history project is an oral history interview held by the National Library of Australia. The sisters speak about their parents Eric and Florence Finck, who were the missionaries that ran Colebrook Home, Eden Hills. They describe moving to Colebrook Home in 1957 and various aspects of Home life, including physical accommodation, routines, religious life, and leisure activities. They talk about the relationships they developed with the children at Colebrook, and express their views on the Bringing Them Home Inquiry's negative reports on Colebrook, and the closure and demolition of the Home.
