The Guardianship of Infants Act 1887 (No 400 of 50 and 51 Vic, 1887) was passed on 16 November 1887, and repealed the Infants Custody Act 1883. Its full title was: An Act to amend the law relating to the Guardianship and Custody of Infants. The Act was repealed by the Guardianship of Infants Act 1940 on 5 December 1940.
