The Quaker Marriage Act (No 7 of 27 and 28 Vic, 1864) was passed and commenced on 3 November 1864. Its full title was: An Act to amend the Acts relating to Marriages in the Province of South Australia, by extending certain provisions thereof to persons professing with the Society of Friends, called Quakers. It was an amendment of the Marriage Act 1842.
