The Masters and Servants Act 1863 (26 & 27 Vic., 1863 No.7) was assented to and commenced on 12 November 1863. Full title: An Act to Consolidate and Amend the Laws relating to Masters and Servants. The Act was amended by Act No.83/1877, and repealed by Masters and Servants Act 1878 on 30 November 1878.
