ICRA House, also known as Naldera Cottage, opened as a Hostel for refugee children under the Unaccompanied Refugee Youth Programme in 1979. The former Naldera Family Home in Glandore was leased by the government to the Indo-Chinese Refugee Association for the purpose. The Home provided accommodation for 5 Vietnamese children who had come to Australia as refugees, unaccompanied by their parents. ICRA House closed in 1994.
