This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000" (Act no.40/2007) clarifies the employment screening conditions for people and business working with children, in particular those providing health, counselling and support services. This act was repealed by Acts Interpretation Act 1945 (s.22C) on 12 September 2007.
