This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 and for other purposes" (Act no.49/2004) altered the employment screening conditions for working with children checks. This act was repealed by Acts Interpretation Act 1945 (s.22C) on 18 January 2005.
