"An Act to amend the Community Services (Aborigines) Act 1984-1985 in certain particulars" (Act no.43/1986). This act amends the definition of 'Aborigine' made in the Community Services (Aborigine) Act 1984 (Act no.51/1984) to include people living in an area "as part of a community of Aborigines'". The act also discusses the Aboriginal Councils and the Jurisdiction of Aboriginal Courts. This act was repealed by Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No.2) 1994 (Act No.87) on 1 December 1994.
