This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Adoption of Children Acts 1964 to 1965, in certain particulars" (Act no.14/1967) amends the Adoption of Children Act 1964 (Act no.54/1964). This amendment deals with the transfer of property upon the death of its owner, particularly where the value of the property is more than the cost of any funeral expenses and debts to be paid but there is no will to dictate who inherents this property or money. This amendment was repealed by Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act no.2 1994 also known as Act no.87 1994.
