This amendment act with the full title "An Act to Amend "The State Children Acts, 1911 to 1943" and "The Adoption of Children Acts, 1935 to 1941" in certain particulars" (Act no. 3/1952) amended multiple acts including the State Children Act and the Adoption of Children Act (Act no.26 Geo.V. No.7). This amendment act is not available online however the University of Melbourne Law Library has a hard copy.
