This amendment with the full title "An Act to further Amend "The Infant Life Protection Act of 1905" in certain particulars"(Act no. 18 Geo.V. No.8) ascended and commenced on the 26th of November 1927 Amends the Infant Life Protection Act of 1905 (Act no. 5 Edw.VII No.19), setting out changes to regulations around payments and the role of the Director and or Inspectors of the State Child Department. This amendment was repealed along with the Infant Life Protection Act 1905 in 1966 by the Children's Services Act 1965.
