Farm Home for Boys Westbrook
The Commission of Inquiry Transcripts of Proceedings provide transcripts of proceedings of the 1961 Commission of Inquiry into the Farm Home for Boys Westbrook, established to look at the circumstances surrounding the escape of a number of inmates and other matters.
Access to some of these records is restricted to protect personal privacy.
This series provides a record of the proceedings of the Inquiry from its first day to its final day. The testimony of witnesses (inmates, staff, official observers, etc.) is recorded verbatim, and referenced (sic) are made to exhibits tendered as evidence.
