The Intestate Aboriginals (Distribution of Estates) Act Repeal Act 1979 (Act no. 37/1979) was titled 'An Act to repeal the Intestate Aboriginals (Distribution of Estates) Act'. Its assent date was 27 April 1979, and it commenced on 3 December 1979. It was repealed by Act No.31 1991 (Statute Law Revision Act 1991) on 25 June 1991.
