The Social Welfare Ordinance 1978 (Act No. 110/1978) amended the Social Welfare Ordinance 1974. Its full title was An Ordinance to amend the Social Welfare Ordinance. The date of assent was 9 November 1978. It commenced on 1 February 1979 and was effective until 12 October 1979.
