The Social Welfare Ordinance 1969 (Act No. 51/1969) amended the Social Welfare Ordinance 1967. Its full title was 'An Ordinance to amend the Social Welfare
Ordinance 1964-1967'. It commenced on 19 November and it was effective until 24 March 1971.
