Eddy's Adolescent and Support Services was a private charity, established in 1989 to provide supported residential care for children aged 12 to 18. Eddy's Adolescent and Support Services operated Eddy's Place and according to the publication Connecting Kin, Eddy's Adolescent and Support Services also ran a service called Eddy's Annexe, a non-residential alternate education project for twelve to fifteen year olds excluded from all other educational options. Eddy's Adolescent and Support Services ceased operating around 2001.
