The Infants' Custody and Settlements (Repeal) Act 1995 (Act no. 4/1995) repealed the Infants' Custody and Settlement Act 1956, commencing on 19 June 1995. The Infants' Custody and Settlements (Repeal) Act 1995 was repealed by the Statute Law Amendment Act 2000 on 21 December 2000.
