    In this interview, Una Clarke discusses her work as a junior nurse at the Kate Cocks' Babies Home in South Australia. She talks about the living conditions at the home and the attitudes of the staff. She also talks about her work as a cottage mother on Croker Island mission, and her later employment as a social worker with the Fostering Section of the South Australian Department of Aboriginal Affairs. She talks about the trauma caused by the separation of families.
