Description
'Swan Orphanage Management' is an article from the Kalgoorlie Miner. It reports on the findings of an Inquiry by the Under-Secretary of the Colonial Secretary's Department that allegations of starvation at the Swan Boys' Orphanage were unsubstantiated, and publishes the Colonial Secretary's 'regrets' that the Anglican Orphanages Committee was inconvenienced and annoyed by the Inquiry.
