Description
The 'SS Asturias' was created by the daughter of a child migrant who arrived in Australia in 1950 on the Asturias as part of a scheme organised by the Big Brother Movement. It includes copies of the ship's logs, press clippings, and other historical information. Passenger lists for the Asturias are available from this site for a fee. The Asturias brought many children to Western Australia as child migrants after World War Two.
