The Report of the National Inquiry into the Human rights of People with Mental Illness was tabled in the Parliament of Australia on 20 October 1993. Chapter 20 deals with children and adolescents with mental illness, and mentions the Hillview Child and Adolescent Clinic in Western Australia.
