The article was published in the 'Western Mail Countryman's Magazine' section. This article in the Western Mail is an example of the attitude to child migration after World War 2. The author of the article visited Fairbridge Farm School at Pinjarra and wrote about the children as 'the most desirable immigrants' because they were 'young enough to grow up with an Australian outlook'.
