In this interview Joanna Penglase discusses being placed in the Falling Leaves children's Home at the age of 8, her experiences there and the ongoing impacts it had on her life. She also discusses her work in social work and child welfare, including the setting up of Care Leavers Australia Network (CLAN), Alliance for Forgotten Australians (AFA), and the Senate Inquiry into Forgotten Australians, and her ongoing advocacy for Forgotten Australians.
