'Grievance - Mental Health Services, Burdekin Report' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Assembly of the Western Australian Parliament. The debate concerns the value of the Hillview Child and Adolescent Clinic as a service for young people with mental illness in WA. Speeches by Opposition members confirm that 'Hillview Terrace Hospital' was reported in the 1993 National Inquiry into the Human rights of People with Mental Illness as an 'effective inpatient service' and a 'model service' overall.
