Description
Interview with Keith Kelly, former prisoner of Tamworth Institution for Boys, who seeks contact with former inmates. A state ward, Kelly (formerly named Higgins) spent time in St Joseph's Orphanage Kincumber and Gosford Boys' Home. After his time in boys' institutions Kelly served a number of prison sentences.
