'Child Welfare. As to Report on Department' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Assembly of the Western Australian Parliament. The excerpt shows that the investigation into child welfare matters in WA by RH Hicks, Director of Child Welfare in New South Wales, had been completed by October 1953. See page 1310 of the excerpt.
