'Child Welfare. As to Proposed Council, etc' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Assembly of the Western Australian Parliament. It documents questions about the action the Government was planning to take on recommendations from the Royal Commission appointed to Inquire into the Care and Reform of Youthful Delinquents that had been tabled in the Legislative Council in August 1943. The Minister for Child Welfare said that the recommendations were being considered. See page 1241 of the excerpt.
