'Amendment to Motion' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Assembly of the Western Australian Parliament. The debate concerns the value of the Hillview Child and Adolescent Clinic as a service for young people with mental illness in WA. Speeches by Opposition members confirm that Hillview received 'endorsement' in the 1993 National Inquiry into the Human rights of People with Mental Illness and give some insight into the services provided at Hillview.
