This series contains a number of records relating to missions, hostels, and training farms. These records include reports, registers of people living in missions, admission and discharge records, and general administrative or unspecified records. This series also includes correspondence between the Department of Native Welfare/Native Affairs and the Child Welfare Department, including reports on Wards of the State by district.
