This collection includes records about the Women's Australian National Services (W.A.N.S.). The records sometimes refer to Wanslea Children' Home which was run by W.A.N.S.
Records in this collection include:
- General meeting minutes, 1941-1997 - Some minutes include Wanslea reports, matron's reports and House Committee reports. These reports provide information about numbers of children in the home, discussion of maintenance and staffing issues.
- Ephemera, c. 1962 - Includes a flyer promtoing the services offered by Wanslea.
- Bookings record, 1962-1964 - Records the work being done by W.A.N.S. staff, at Wanslea and in people's homes.
