Albara Road Cottage was established by the South Australian Spastic Welfare Association (SASPWA), at Ingle Farm in 1982. Formerly a day centre for children with disabilities called Gullywinds it was opened as a cottage home for children with disabilities as SASPWA's services at Woodvile Spastic Centre began to be decentralised. Albara Road Cottage was still operating and providing respite care in 2014.
